Promotions and Discounts

Customers love contacting as asking us about our pricing. I have been asked a number of times for discounts or “Other Pricing Options”’ sometimes from people who have what we would consider to be a small order. That for example could be one agent on an unlimited monthly plan for $149 per month using our Predictive Dialling Platform. Don’t get us wrong we understand a customer loves a discount however our whole business model is based around being about to give the best prices and the best service we can. When we don’t discount further there is good reason for this.

Our Business Model

We strive to offer the lowest prices in the industry operating on razor thin margins by partnering with wholesale only providers. We offer our products through our reseller or white label program to other organisations with significant monthly volumes so that we can remain in a competitive position. Working this way enables us to pass on the excellent call rates directly to the customer. Our price plans are structured to offer you the best rates and by buying in bulk the per min cost is even cheaper.

We offer Value

There are very few companies out there that offer the value that we do with their call rates. As standard all of our price plans are 6 second billing and always we be. We don’t believe in over changing the customer with per minute billing. If you use up to 6 seconds of call time we guarantee that you will only be changed for 6 seconds. Additionally there is the issue of “dead air” to charge for calls that are not even terminated. It is well known throughout the industry that there can be issues of providers not even connecting the call but charging the customer. While our competitors may be happy with this we are very serious about this and take action against it by regularly monitoring the calls terminated by our providers ensuring that calls are in fact being connected and completed as expected.

There are a number of other things which we do not do that our competitors love doing.

Charging for inbound calls. If you use our inbound DID’s with our Predictive Dialling Product we will not change a per minute inbound connection fee. It’s going to be free with us.

Per message fees. We will always change use 6 second billing for our Voice Broadcasting. You can make as many calls as you like that your balance will allow. We do not change you based on the number of messages or on a campaign basis.

Charging for Attempted calls. There are only ever two situations where we will change you for a call. Somebody picks-up or a voice mail system answers (or is detected). There are no fees for attempted, unanswered or busy calls nor do we think there should be.

Lying about your call time. All of our services are prepaid and when money is credited to your account we guarantee that your total balance will be used for call time based on your per minute rate. We will never steal your credits or add additional changes.
